UTILITIES ARE CHARGED (throughout the autumn/winter) AT 4 EUROS PER PERSON
PER 24HRS Sept - March. PAYABLE UPON ARRIVAL.
HEATING: by way of electric thermostat heaters and parasene heater
which gives radiant heat. Parasene or Gas bottle suppled at additional cost.
FINAL CLEANING FEE: Euro 50 payable
upon arrival.
AIR CONDITIONING: There is NO fixed air conditioning in the property, only electrically operated cooling
fans. Being a thick walled stone property, it keeps reasonably cool in the hot summer months.
STAIRS: There is a
marble staircase in the property, stairgates may be provided upon request. There are also stairs up to the entrance of the
property. The property is NOT suitable for disabled access.
